At Manse Lane, breakfast is an event! Served between 8 & 9 am, this daily feast will start your day off right whether you're planning to spend it kayaking or just reading in the sun by the river.

You can serve yourself cereal, yogourt, juice, fresh fruits and berries. We also have home-made or local specialty breads on which we hope you'll slather some of our much-loved home-made Manse Lane jams and jellies or some local honey.

When you are ready to order, we offer a traditional English-style breakfast: eggs any way you choose, sausages, tomatoes, or the always popular local bacon. We can also prepare Canadian-style pancakes, French toast or whatever inspires Bruce from his favourite Mennonite cookbook.

In the spring, summer and early fall we take breakfast in the sun room. In the late fall and winter breakfast is served in our dining room. Breakfast is meant to be an enjoyable time at Manse Lane and part of the chemistry is the casual conversation with other guests and your hosts. It's a great time to share travelling ideas and reviews of local sites with others.
We know how important your morning coffee can be and we've made sure that not only are our coffees are eco and worker-friendly, but they also taste great! Our coffees are supplied by Birds and Beans, a specialty coffee importer and roaster.

Manse Lane is pleased to be a part of Local Flavours, a community-based initiative to promote local farmers and food producers. Our farm-fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, berries, and other breakfast delights are sourced as close to Gananoque as possible, season permitting.
